Hello!
Ipsos is currently scheduling Gas station shops. We encourage you to find all the locations you can and make a route of them!
Bonuses is now $150 each!
These shops will begin as a mystery shop and will turn into a REVEALED audit. These shops may be completed anytime between 6am and MIDNIGHT.
Purchases (reimbursed upon receipt): A purchase of up to 2 gallons of gasoline (NO DIESEL FUEL, please). Gasoline purchase MUST be completed at the pump using a credit/debit card. If conducting multiple visits, please rotate your credit card.
A purchase of a c-store item of up to $2, payment should be made inside so you are able to assess Customer Service. You will be reimbursed for up to $2 with receipt – NO TOBACCO, ALCOHOL, OR LOTTERY TICKET PURCHASES.
If the location has restroom(s) for customer use, make observations of the facilities regarding functionality, cleanliness, and amenities.
After you have completed your purchases and visited the restroom you will introduce yourself to the staff member as an independent contractor of the client who has completed the mystery shop (provide your Letter of Authorization) and will now take photographs. **A digital copy of the authorization letter will be in your shop info on the client site. You will be required to print a hard copy to present to the staff member.
Eligibility Requirements:
*You MUST have a safety vest or willing to purchase one at your expense. These can often be found for as little as $2. You will need to put on this vest before you begin taking photos
*Digital Camera or Cell Phone Camera
*Access to printer to print required materials
*While on a reveal audit, you must wear a mask or cloth face covering
*If you or anyone in your immediate family has worked for the petroleum industry in the past you’re not eligible for this project.
Required Photos: Up to 14 overall photos, a photo of every fueling position, plus photos for specific infraction responses
All shop reports and guidelines are housed on the client site. Once you have been assigned you will need to carefully review this info prior to making your visit to the location.
All shop reports are due within 12 hours of visiting the location or by MIDNIGHT on the due date, whichever occurs first.
