This is a revealed gas station audit to evaluate overall branding of the site and marketing posted. 11 Overall photos are required, as well as photos of all non-compliant issues. No purchase required!
The site is either a Chevron OR Texaco. You must confirm the address and that the store will be open when you plan to audit (check the store's website or call them in advance, if unsure).
This shop can be completed ANY DAY of the week the store is open.
For this NIGHTTIME visit, you must shop: 4pm-10pm only (within the store's business hours)
Shop reports are due by MIDNIGHT of your Pick Date. If your shop is not submitted by midnight of your due date, the shop will be automatically removed from your shop log.
IMPORTANT: Only accept those shops you are actually able finish/submit by midnight of your Due Date, as excessive cancellations can result in deactivation from this program.
NOTE: You are NOT eligible for these Image audits if you are currently a Customer First mystery shopper. Having the qualification for both of these Chevron projects will prevent you from self-assigning shops in either project. Please contact Ipsos if you do not do Customer First shops and its qualification needs removed (or you would like to switch permanently to Image).
